If what you are looking for is a basic training plan, there are many free ones out there.  The major limiter for new triathletes is simply endurance and for that, a basic plan can often suffice.  Where a coach comes in is if you want a plan that is customized to your personal schedule, goals, and abilities.  Here are some basic, free training plans available online.
